BRMTTC is a non-Governmental organization that has been entrusted with the authority and responsibility to provide an access to employment-centric quality education, skill-up education and training to the needy section of the society.
The Institute offers need and demand driven vocational courses in the areas of Health and Paramedical sciences, Management, Computer and IT sectors and various other skill developing courses. These courses are certified for Potential Employment.
The Institute delivers the programs through theory & practical oriented classroom trainings and detailed hands-on exposure on modern medical healthcare systems in well-equipped laboratories as well as out-campus. Such clinical practical trainings are conducted by qualified and experienced technicians Physicians and Doctors as it requires interpretation of laboratory investigation, scientific referral system, medication systems etc. The Institute has tied-up with many Hospitals, Diagnostic Pathological laboratories, Blood Banks, Computer centers, NGOs for the fulfillment of the aim.
The Institute is authorized Learning Centre of Sikkim Manipal University, DDE and Govt. of West Bengal Initiative under the Directorate of Youth Services to conduct Training programs designed by these statutory bodies of State Government, Ministry of Human Resource Development,Directorate of Distance Education. The NCVT are advisory bodies’ set-up by the Government of India that takes the responsibility of designing curricula, regulatory measures and rules to conduct the training programs of various employment generation schemes.
The institute has works collaboration with Central Burdwan – Sister Nivedita Nursing Training School, Burdwan,Animal Training & Welfare Society, Burdwan, Community for multipurpose Society, Palika Bazar Beautician& Dietician Training Society,BolpurModern Technology, WB Youth Computer Training Institute, & Sikkim Manipal University, Directorate of Distance Education.
The Institute mainly focuses on Paramedical and Health sciences because a large population of India belongs to rural areas and is not assured well medical facilities. According to WHO recommendations
1 out of 1000 people requires well qualified doctor, and 1 doctor needs in turn 8 skilled paramedics. So far our country has 1.2 billion populations and it needs 12 Lac doctors and 96 Lac paramedics. Till date there are 4 Lac doctors and equal numbers of paramedics. Hence to cater medical aids to the rural India, the dearth of paramedics has to be fulfilled.
This Institute is proud to work in conjunction with such skill development schemes of Govt. of India for the ultimate betterment of the society.
This is where BRMTTC, a self-supporting and self-financed institute and non-aided by any Government Department is helping the Government in achieving its various health Programs and helping in minimizing the death rate ratio and raise the standard of living, physical and mental health.

In order to achieve its main objective, BRMTTC is to promote and foster Community Health and development Training Programmes for Rural Doctors and Health Care Professionals. BRMTTC also gives assistance to selected training providers in developing high quality, cost effective Programmes of Rural Doctors, Para Medics, Auxilliary and Community Workers. The ultimate aim is to improve and expand the Community Health Service at Primary Health Care level and if required secondary and tertiary level also.
It provides health education in general to strengthen “Health Movement” and secondly, it provides skills and basic information to the Community Health Worker.

Aims and Objectives
  1. To raise Education standards in the Para medical and related fields.
  2. To provide compassionate & high quality education in the field of Para Medical & various Allied Health Sciences to achieve the target i.e. Health for All, All for Health by 2012 AD.
  3. To organize and conduct short & long term training courses & program in the Para medical, Management& IT field
  4. To work for the development of villages, their quality of medical life in rural parts of the country
  5. To bring peace & prosperity to the rural people and provide employment by conducting or organizing various short term courses
  6. To organize diagnostic camps, AIDS awareness Programs, Community Health Care Services, free rural mobile health services, Pulse Polio Immunization, Blood Donation Camps
  7. To provide guidelines for the use of essential drugs by Community Health Workers and paramedical/auxiliary Health personnel. It also gives guidelines for treating certain common illnesses and identifying situation that when need to be referred to the Doctor
  8. To control the Death Rate of the Rural Population.
  9. To serve the old and helpless generation of the society.
  10. To utilize the benefit of welfare schemes of Govt. towards minority communities by establishing educational Institute, computer education and libraries.
